A quick follow up post in respect of Strength of Schedule. We always find it interesting to look at this from a home and away standpoint.

People may view this differently but if we could split our schedule on the basis of venue, we’d prefer a tougher home schedule and softer away schedule.

It is interesting to see how certain teams schedules vary. For example, the Eagles currently have the 2nd easiest away schedule, with a middle of the road (15th) home schedule.

Conversely, the Colts have the 2nd easiest home schedule, but the 2nd hardest away schedule (playing the Saints, Chiefs, Steelers and their divisional opponents).
